That would first mean that the foundation used the same technique MC&D did to mutilate a live animal into the shape of a head.
But if they did that I could see the conversation going one of four ways:
- The first is that the head is a blank slate, no name, no memories, it can talk but it really can't answer questions. Kinda boring but simple.
- The second is that it is a copy of the part of another human and will have their memories. Inconsistent with the tone of the rest of the article being able to influence the hair line of the generated heads.
- The third is that it is actually the transported part of someone, and somewhere out there there is a bunch of humans and babies missing their parts. Again, inconstant with the rest of the article and with the parts attempting locomotion under their own power.
- Then there's my personal choice, that the head created knows everything. That the monks were in some way right. The created flesh is omnipotent because it is, not a blank slate, but one filled with all knowledge.
